Ming, lawyer, patent agent, trademark agent, graduated
from the Law School of Peking University in 1998 with the degree of
LLB and the bacherlor's degree of science in chemistry. I abtained
the PRC Lawyer Qualification in 1997, the PRC Patent Attorney Qualification
in 1998, the PRC Trademark Attorney Qualification 2000. I had worked
as an lawyer and a patent agent at a patent law office after raduation
for two years. Hereafter, I become a certified lawyer and joined Yue
Cheng Law Firm that is a famous law firm in China in August,2000.
In 2003, I joined Kingdom law firm. At present, I am a senior lawyer
and patent agent in Kingdom Lawfirm.
My practice principally focuses on intellectual property and legal affairs, such as all kinds of IP disputes and economic disputes, enterprise legal affairs, IP licencing contract, registered trademark application, trademark reexamination, patent application in the areas of chemistry, biochemistry, computer software, and patent reexamination.My shpere of business includes civil disputes, criminal defence and so on. I am familiar with laws and regulations on IP, economy and company. I have more than 4 years working experience in law and IP field. In the past 5 years, I handled all kinds of legal and IP affairs concerning IP, civil, criminal, administrative, patent application, trademark application, and so on.
